Called chris out for an emergency. He isolated and made safe the problem late Sunday evening. Three days later he’s fitted the new part. Professional and efficient service.

Fantastic company. I had an urgent problem with my boiler. Chris fitted me in quickly, came round, talked me through what was wrong, and fixed it there and then. Really good service and excellent value for money.

Chris overcame several problems when dealing with the old gas pipes, removing two large radiators and capping off the connections to one radiator that was not being replaced. He also happily fitted in with my schedule for the complete renovation of my lounge, which meant making several visits. The new designer radiator weighed a hefty 51kgs but Chris was undaunted and managed to lift it onto the new brackets - with mainly verbal encouragement from me! All in all, a great job. Chris worked hard, dealt with the unexpected problems professionally, and I am very pleased with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I can’t recommend Chris at Instagasworks highly enough. Over the course of a week he resolved a high pressure issue on my boiler which had been ongoing for over a month. He explained everything really clearly and dealt with the issue with integrity, which involved replacing a heat exchange plate. I never got the impression he was trying to rip me off and his prices are fair and competitive. My boiler is located in an awkward location but he worked with me to ensure he could complete the work, and I’ll definitely be using his services in the future.
